I think its stupid to assume that everyone has something constructive to say about everything.

I don't think it's anyone else's duty to help me grow as an artist. It's my responsibility.

That doesn't mean that I don't want people to criticize my art, but I don't hate people that doesn't.
On the contrary, I'm happy to know that people have seen it, which means that I've achieved something, at least in my eyes.

I like your art, and would miss you and your art should you vanish.

I visit dA every day mostly to find beautiful art such as yours to lighten my day. I try to help where I can, but mostly I find that I cannot add anything useful.

Then I leave a comment with some encouragement of some sort.

What's with all these journals about the snowmen and stuff?

It's hard to tell if most of them are serious or not but seriously why complain? It's just temporary and it doesn't affect the performance of anything.

I recently discovered that there is an option in the settings menu that makes you "blind to pageviews" it hides the pageview counter when you browse other deviants profiles, it also lets those that is browsing your page that you have this option enabled.

It does not however hide your pageview counter from your visitors.

It can be found under the browse tab on the settings page, it's the last of the checkboxes.

I hadn't noticed it before.

It'd also be nice if you spread this information to your watchers if you're interested.

Do NOT click any links provided in any comment or signature on any user page, deviation, journal, or ANYTHING else, even if they're from a friend.

There is a hacking scam going on through a blog link that sends you to a fake dA login page and then logs you back in. Through this, it steals your account info and spams other users through your account. If this has happened to you, change your password IMMEDIATELY.

DA is currently working on this from what I understand, but play it safe, and don't click any links in comments. Also, clear any private date from your browser ASAP.
